FAQ

Questions, answered.

What members ask most often, in plain language. If you have a question that is not here, get in touch.

Whole genome sequencing is a well-established laboratory technique used in clinical and research settings worldwide. Meridian works with licensed laboratory partners and uses 30x coverage, the standard for medical-grade interpretation. Your sample is processed in accredited labs and the data is stored under your control.

Meridian is a wellness and personal health platform. It is not a diagnostic medical test on its own. When a finding may need clinician review, Meridian helps prepare a clinician-ready summary you can take to a qualified professional.

No. Whole genome sequencing is a one-time process. Your genome does not change, so it only needs to be read once. Every following blood test and wearable signal is interpreted against that one-time foundation.

From year two onward, your membership renews at SGD 650 per year. This includes two biomarker test cycles, ongoing genome-aware interpretation, cohort comparisons as the dataset grows, the AI health agent, wearable integrations where supported, and full data export. No repeat genome sequencing is included unless required.

Yes. You can cancel before your next annual renewal at any time. Your founding deposit is refundable until kits ship. You will see the renewal price clearly before checkout.

Yes. You can request permanent deletion of your Meridian record at any time, subject to legal and operational requirements. Your data is your data.

Yes. You can download your raw genome file along with biomarker reports and other available health data. Full data portability is included in every membership year.

No. Your genetic and health data is encrypted on our servers using keys only you hold. We cannot read it, package it, or share it with advertisers, employers, or insurers. Our architecture is designed so that selling your data is not technically possible.

Whole genome sequencing typically completes within four weeks after sample receipt. Biomarker results from each test cycle are usually available within 3 to 5 days. All results land in your private Meridian dashboard as soon as they are processed.

When a result may need clinician attention, Meridian flags it clearly, explains it in plain language, and prepares a clinician-ready summary you can take to a qualified professional. Optional genetic counselling is available for selected findings.

At launch, Meridian is available only in Singapore and Malaysia. We may expand to other countries in the region over time. You can join the waitlist to be notified.

Optional clinician consults will be available as an add-on. Where appropriate, Meridian will help you prepare a clinician-ready summary to share with a qualified professional.

Yes, in many cases. You can upload existing lab reports to Meridian, and the AI will read them against your genome and other Meridian results where possible.
