Meridian is designed to be simple for members and careful with sensitive health data. Reserve your spot, complete sample collection, receive your genome and biomarker results, then use your dashboard to understand what changed.
Reserve your spot
Reserve with a SGD 100 refundable founding deposit. This holds your place in the founding cohort and is applied to your first-year membership when kits are ready.
Complete sample collection
You complete genome sample collection once and complete blood and urine testing twice a year. Collection options may include partner clinics or home collection depending on your location.
Results are processed
Your genome is sequenced once. Your biomarkers are processed after each test cycle. Results flow into your private Meridian dashboard when available.
Read, ask, act
Meridian explains your results in context: your genome, your bloodwork, your wearable signals, your cohort, and your trends. High-impact findings are flagged for clinician review where appropriate.
What to expect, and when.
Whole genome sequencing typically completes within four weeks after sample receipt at the lab.
Biomarker results land in your dashboard within a few days of your draw, depending on lab processing.
Members can use the app once their account is active. Insights become more personal as more data is added.
What happens if something important is found?
Meridian separates wellness insights from findings that may need clinician review. When a result could affect medication choice, screening, inherited risk, or urgent follow-up, the product guides the member toward a clinician-ready summary rather than acting as the final medical authority.
